Meditation can support your journey further, both in preparation for a psychedelic experience and as part of your regular consciousness practice.

Included here are a number of resources to support you at whatever stage you are of your meditation practice.  

Do remember that meditation or mindfulness does not have to be 30 minutes every day cross legged on the floor. A mindful minute taken well, wherever you are, where you come back within and out of the mind can be just as powerful and restorative. 

Tara Brach’s podcast - a wonderful resource with a variety of guided meditations from 10 -30 minutes.

Headspace provide a good entry point to mindfulness and mediation.

Jack Kornfield’s podcast with teachings and meditations
